Gillette College will host walk-in registration events every Wednesday beginning July 15 through August 5 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Each event highlights different areas of interest and will give prospective students an opportunity to drop by without an appointment to register for classes and work with enrollment counselors to prepare for the fall semester. Fall classes begin Monday, August 24 at Gillette College.
On Scholarship Day, July 15 in the Main Building, prospective students will learn about scholarship opportunities still available and receive help completing their Hathaway application. Tech Day, on July 22 at the Gillette College Technical Education Center, is geared toward prospective students interested in diesel, electrical or machine tool technology. Health Science Day, on July 29 at the Health Science Building, is for prospective students interested in Nursing, Medical Assistant Certificate or Certified Nursing Assistant programs. Finally, Walk-In Wednesday on August 5 is open to anyone interested in learning more about available degree and certificate programs or who still needs to complete enrollment steps.
“We invite anyone interested in learning about what Gillette College has to offer to drop by campus during one of these events,” said Micah Olsen, assistant vice president of enrollment management. “We are offering extended hours to accommodate working students and their families. Anyone is welcome to come speak with our enrollment staff about your educational needs.”
For attendees’ safety, social distancing measures will be in place. Hand sanitizer will also be readily available to visitors.
In-person and phone or Zoom appointments are also available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. To schedule an appointment with a Gillette College enrollment services counselor, call 307-681-6000 or go to www.gillettecollege.org/tour.
